From my opinion, you should repot this little guy in a brand new soil mix, a little bit deeper

okay then, will do. I really don't like this terra-cotta pot anyway, it freaking dries out so quickly

Well, I think the pot I bought for this guy is wayyyyyyyy to big. But whatever, it'll grow into it in a few years, at least that's what i'm hoping.

In the process of transplanting I also accidentally snapped a new growth point OH WELL.

now i'm sad and want to cry
