It's been a few weeks since I poked around the newly populated outer edge of my cobra plant pot. There's seven pitchers visible in the photo. I don't like how a crevasse is being created along that edge. Can I fill it in with sand, or does it even matter?
Ants tried to move into this pot last rainfall. When I watered it, they came pouring out of that crevasse, so I'm sure that only widened it more.
I did smile watching so many frantic ants run up into the mother plant's pitchers to escape the deluge.
