The Savage garden is a MUST have IMHO.

I have mine planted in a 50% pumice, 30% peat, and 20% LSM. I top water them with distilled or rain water twice a day. I have the water flowing through the soil and is recollected.

I'm told that they don't like to be sitting in standing water. A gentle, oxygenated water system flowing through their roots, I'm told, that makes them happy.

Depends on the variety, Mountain or Coastal

IMO, I would think that the mountain Darlingtonia would like it!
Both the varieties would like that. Any plant would like that!
