I harvested hundreds of Capensis seeds and sowed some immediately, and it has been 5 days and I've seen a spec of green, too small to photograph, could it have germinated this fast?

I do not think it is germinating that fast. You can usually see green from the seeds about two weeks at the earliest. I would keep checking on it though. If it is only 5 days in it is either the media around it or it is one of the most "fit" capensis seedlings I have ever dealt with!

Hmm, could be a bit of mold, it's tiny but If it does grow I might be very lucky, we shall see

Yes that is true. My capensis seeds germinated all at the same time. It took about 14 days for mine to germinate.
