What does a burnt leaf mean? The light is to strong? The light is to close? Or something else?

I guess it could be too strong if you have a high powered grow light. It could be too close and the heat from the lamp is too hot. Or it could be mineral related.

I'm don't see how this could be mineral related as it kept in the same fts pot and I water it with distilled water but I will move the bulb back and see what happens

Burning leaves doesn't necessarily mean that the light is too strong. It can also simply be that the plant needs time to adjust to brighter light.

There are other potential causes as well - a picture can help us diagnose it.

It's not strong at all I think it's like a 5w that is like 4-5 inches away from the plant
