Hello,

I do not know if this topic is meant for this category on the forum, but would anyone be able to suggest some nice temperate carnivorous plants to grow in a bog garden? I have 2 small bog pots right now, and want to make a large one. The only plant that I do not plan on putting in a large bog pot is Utricularia. I plan on putting multiple Sarracenia species and hybrids, some Drosera, and a VFT or two. There are so many amazing plants to choose from, might as well ask other people what they like!

Darlingtonia, Sarrs, and other "tall" CPs look good in bog gardens. Why aren't you putting utrics? They make for a nice ground cover.

S. leucophylla 'hurricane creek white' is absolutely gorgeous. I love mine. I also like flava var ornata and flava var cuprea. And for a short plant you can't go wrong with purpurea, there are some gorgeous clones available.
