Is it a Hooded Sarracenia

It is a hybrid involving S. minor and probably S. rubra.

That would be my first instinct too.
Maybe it is a backross, but it is almost certainly a hybrid involving at least the two species mentioned above.

I'm saying this because I do not see any areoles that are charictaristic of S. minor.
However, the plant does look a bit eioliated. If you give it some more light, it would almost certainly be easier to identify.
