This plant sure has bloom a beautiful row of flowers! Sorry I can't ID this plant. It doesn't even have any green leaf! lol

There is an app for iphone called "Project Noah." You can take a picture, post it on there, and people write back with an ID. Its great and free! You could also try an app called "garden compass," which does the same thing and sends it to professional botanists, but I think it's more for garden plants. However, if you have a garden, it is handy, and it has a design tool, problem identifier, and a handbook, along with shopping items. You might be able to use some of the features for CPs. Though I haven't really been able to try them, I would recommend Project Noah for this plant.

Definitely not an orchid if you can see loose pollen. Orchid pollen is contained in small structures called pollinia and located under a small flap called the anther cap. You will never see anthers with loose powdery pollen in any orchid.
