Every situation is different.
But my rule of thumb is this.
Sundews growth bud appears after about one month.
Sundews grow leaves and start to look like real plants, then roots start to appear after two months.
I usually do not pot up the new baby plantlet until I see roots appear.
But that's just me. Other growers do it differently.

Just my two cents worth.
