I doubt you're going to get an answer from a photo.

Where did you you get the moss? Your source could probably answer that much better.

As far as germination, you want to go Long-fibered sphagnum moss.

Avoid MosserLee.

Look for SpagMoss, or BetterGro orchid moss.

Looks like green floral moss which is not suitable. Only use long fiber sphagnum.

Seller said sphagnum moss doubtful because it looks different. Will try looking for other seller here.
