So while my plant is dormant, I notice that something was growing out of my plant, it couldn't be a sprout, because like I said their dormant, and it couldn't be a flower, obviously. So what is this? I hope is not harmful to my plant...

How are your plants dormant? In illonois they would be just starting to go dormant.

Whatever it is you can get rid of it in the spring when you repot.
