Does anyone use any android or ios apps to keep track of when you water/feed/plant/take leaf pullings/etc?

No, and I don't think its possible to make a good app for that. There are too many changing variables with plants, you just have to watch them and adjust care throughout the year.

You can set reminders on your mobile phone and have it alert you as well.

I'd recommend getting a lil notebook instead, pocket sized. And sit it next to ur plants if possible. Use it to track down what u need to do and aid it with phone alarms and calendar notifications
