I've had this plant for 2+ years but it usually put out floppy leaves like this.the new growths stay upright for a while and then begin to flop down.I first thought that the plant might not receiving enough sunlight but other plants are doing very well.i also wonder where should the growth point stay(on or below the soil level?)Any advice would be greatly appreciated as it's really frustrating to see my plant like that=((
