I just got my first VFT. It is a very young plant but i don't really know what to do. I water it distilled water and i have it on a dish with water in it.
I live in Missouri. I keep it indoors. I don't have a terrarium. Do i need one? (I am going to get a light for it soon.)

Am i doing this right? Should i get a terrarium?

Hi Watertower, welcome to Flytrapcare!

You don't need a terrarium. VFTs actually do fine without a lot of humidity. If possible, your VFT will be happiest with 4-6 hours of direct sunlight. A south facing window will do well, outside will be better.
