So I Just Recently Bought 2 Venus Fly Traps 1 on July 12 And The Other One On The 16. I Got Them At Home Depot And Vons I've Been Reading About Soil They Already Came With Soil And I Don't Know If The Soil Is Healthy For Them Since Today I Noticed One Is Going Black. Please Answer Thank You For Your Help. P.S. I'm New.

Matt is a FlyTrap expert.
He has several great articles posted here at http://www.flytrapcare.com/ .
One of the articles is all about soil.

I grow some of mine in LFSM (long fiber Sphagnum moss) and some in a 1:1 mix of peatmoss and perlite. But I'm a Sundew guy. I know very little about FlyTraps. So I suggest follow Matt's advice.

By the way, welcome to the forum.

Good growing,
Mike

the soil with those flytraps should most likely be fine, they may have been watered improperly before you got them, what type of water are you using for them/where are you growing them?

photos of the plants along with what you have been doing with them since purchasing may help folks give you pointers also but as Mike said above the care guides in the forums here are comprehensive and will address almost all basic issues/questions also!!
