Venus fly trap growing trapless leaves . Need help please.#319040

After I put my VFT under the CFL bulb 2 weeks back , it started sprouting new leaves rapidly . However a few budding young leaves died , however most growth trying to reach upwards towards the bulb is having healthy green leaves but no traps or shriveled traps. A few shorter leaves have mini traps on them .
I give it distilled water tray method every sunday , because i think it stays moist other times. So basically its greener than before but not generating enough traps.
I don't have access to sun unfortunately , even in the window. The bulb stays ON full day, turning off only during night and the plant hangs 8 inches down the bulb

It's just not nearly enough light. Maybe o 3or 4 CFLs, 4-6 inches from the plant?

The lights should be inches from the plant.

Your lighting sucks. Your plant is starving for more intense light. Either get a PAR meter to measure the intensity of light or buy a proper grow light that has PAR stats published for it.
