This is just an update of my carnivorous plants this year before the outside ones soon enter into full dormancy! The temps have dropped into the high 30s but recently its been in the high 40s! There are also pics of my seedgrown flytrap seedling that will be a year old in a couple months and my seeds that I planted about 3 weeks ago!
this is of one of my Venus flytrap typicals! This is the plant today!(purchased in August)

Almost year old seed grown(probably typical. Got from grow kit, accidentally killed the other seedling early this year) along with some store bought small typicals! The seedgrown one is the center one

6 of 10 of my king Henry x OP seeds have already germinated! It’s only been 3 weeks!! I circled some of the more “visible” ones, but they are just soo small!

I know this is from the 7th, but hey. Your kids look great! That SARRS looks gorgeous. Where do you live? Do you keep them outside in the 30 to 40 degree weather?

Do you keep your vfts out there as during winter? I picked up a dishwasher sarr from Lowe's and requested seeds for a tropical nept. I'm hoping they grow well.

Since I’m from ohio and are winters get pretty bad, my vfts and sarrs are in a mini green house that I got for $10 dollars years ago for starting my plants for gardening early in the year. I also have a heating pad in the green house that’s on high most days that its a little over freezing to into the 20s and it has been keeping them from freezing over but keeps the temps in the mid 30s for the most part. So no, I don’t just keep them outside and exposed. Also good luck on your Nepenthes seeds and your Sarr!!
