Hello!
In my country i can not get bloodworms. So before figuring out where i could buy tubifex worms (my second feeding choise after bloodworms) i bought some turte food wich had dried gammus. I fed one flytrap a couple of times with it and everything went well.
Then i found dried tubifex (that came in litle cubes) wich is supposed to have no additives (acording to the label). I have fed two traps (from different plants) and after a week or maybe more, they started blackening and dying. I lighted the second trap after a week from it closing and i could still see the little tubifex worm shadow and now its black.
I soaked the tubifex in RO water before feeding and i feed them small balls that are smaller (by shure) than 1/3 of the trap size.
What can be going wrong here?
