I got 10 of them! They all arrived perfectly in tact, and there were more plants than I expected in each tube! (5-15) Here's what I got:

And these are the ones I am most excited about:

Seperating and potting them was a hassle, but worth it. :P especially when they were like this:

And here they are in their temporary home! Hopefully I'll be able to get them outside this year. right now, I have absolutely no indoor space left. :P

Updates to follow! (Hope Luxiloid doesn't mind me copying his thread)

Nice that all of the TC tubes made it safely and intact to your location in Canada. The A2, FTS Flaming Lips and DC All Red are also very nice clones (in addition to the ones you are most excited about). :)

This was a bulk or special order plant purchase, which can be made by emailing sales@flytrapcare.com and inquiring; sterile tissue culture tubes aren't listed in the Store.

Flytraps can be grown in sealed, sterile containers from leaf pullings, flower stalks, or seeds. The tubes/jars/etc. are kept under artificial lights in a gel-like fluid that contains macro- and micro-nutrients, hormones and vitamins, instead of soil. I don't know how long the tubes are kept under lights until they reach the age at which Devon received them; most likely several months. You can often get a large number of small plants out of 1 tube. Once deflasked, the plants must be very carefully acclimated over a period of several weeks, which includes the use of humidity domes or upside down clear plastic bags.

Here's a pic taken by Matt of a flytrap cutting in TC, callousing and starting to grow plantlets:

Actually, all of our Dionaea clones offered to the international community can be found and directly purchased here:

Thanks fro the replies everyone! Sorry I have been so inactive. Here is an update. They certainly don`t look amazing at the moment, but they will soon. :)

The traps keep on closing for some reason. Not sure why... either something is wrong with my conditions, or there are spiders crawling all over them! :P I saw a spider closing a few Dracula traps a few night ago..

sorry about pic quality.
