Don't panic!
It's normal for Nepenthes to throw a Hissy Fit from shipping.
It's normal for old leaves to crash and burn, especially when their growing conditions change.
Look to the center growth point for your barometer of health.
I'd try for 100-200 ppfd if I could manage that, although it'll probably be OK with its current light level.
Give it at least a month to get used to its new growing conditions.
As always, just my 02¢ worth.

Ok. I mean like it happened so suddenly it went from like several green leaves to like 2. Its either here with 100ppfd or 300 in my area where I grow vfts.

Yes it drains a lot. Distilled. It spotted in I'm assuming spaghunum but I don't know the quality or the brand. It arrived potted. It could be mineral burn. From questionable soil?

But my plant I bought from the same place doesn't have this issue? And if it ends up not being a soil issue. Repotting will just cause even more stress to the plant.
