I used 0.07 grams of MS micro and macronutrients (M153), 1ml PPM, 1ml IBA with a pH of 5.6 for C. follicularis. After two days the media began turning yellow/orange. I'm not sure what this means, is the pH too low?

Usually, that happens when tissue is dead or dying. Any sort of plant growth regulators will speed up that yellowing process of damaged or dying tissue as well.

That Cephalotus looks pretty large compared to most of mine in TC. Did you grow it to that size? If so, what was the media you used?
