I thought I'd indulge in a little vanity and upload photos of my plant collection! ;)

Also, while I'm here. See the Drosera anglica and the G14? They've looked like that all summer and haven't put out a single trap between them. But they're clearly not dead - what's happening there?

I estimate that it's around 22 Celsius in the growing area - the plant is under lights but they're about 12 inches above it. But the temperature has been constant all summer...

A roughly 50:50 ratio of perlite to moss peat. Does it need to be even looser than that? The plant did well last year and I haven't changed its conditions, which is why I'm confused.

I believe that for a temperate drosera and for pygmies the soil mix must be more loose because it gets compacted after a couple of months. This happened for my d. omissa, wich now is in a 1 part coir and 2 parts 2-3 mm quartz sand mix and it is out of their dormancy. Of course instead of the coir you can use peat moss.
Today i will post another d. omissa wich has gone out of dormancy for about a couple of weeks and has a surprise.
