Friends,

A few months ago I put some Drosera capensis big pink seeds on BAP. I now have a few calli growing rapidly. I am looking to establish a few single-cell suspensions, however, I need to know if my calli are friable or compact. Here are two pictures.

Does anyone have a protocol or experience creating a single-cell suspension?

I cant see them very good.

but by experience, once did the same with capensis seeds, and they did not germinate, but start to form calli, at the moment i did not know how to make those cells to plants, so after a research on articles got the idea to replate without BAP (or any hormones) just standard media 1/3 MS, and they start to develope bunch of plants out each calli clump. turn out the calli was forming embryo like structures.

so, I guess this is the same case.

good luck!
