So I have a question. I have a friend who is looking into vfts. I wanted to send her a division off my jaws (because it got quite a few now). So multi question. When is the best time to take a division out in dormancy or just out? How should I send it to her? It's a tiny little thing (yes, I've already picked it out and named it Jeff). How can i ensure Jeff makes it from Pennsylvania to Arizona without being crushed, murdered, or destroyed? Is there anything I am missing when sending a division? Thanks in advance.

I've never personally shipped VFTs, but bananaman shipped me a division in a priority mail box. It was in a ziploc bag with a damp paper towel wrapped around the roots. There were more paper towels in the box to stop the VFT from rattling around too much. I hope this helps
