Correct.

Leaving the lights on 24/7 provides additional warmth. Last person I know of who used this method had germination in just over two weeks (exactly 16 days). I leave mine on a 16 hour photoperiod as I put seed pots with my other plants; mine, which were seeds from the same source, took 23 days.
