Most growers recommend the Bayer 3in1. I recently used that stuff you posted on my Sarracenia and have seen no I'll effect.

So it might be safe? Am I taking a risk?

You're always taking a risk when using chemicals on carnivorous plants. But I've heard of many growers using it and things turning out fine. Just be prepared for the plants to possibly look pretty bad for a couple of weeks after application, although that's mostly for sundews... you should be fine though.
