I would, the moss has gotten out of control.

I would improve it's growing conditions also, they look like they need a lot more light and a lot less water.

I love the look of moss, but with my vfts,I hate it. My ginormous has a coat of it and it just dries the plant. I'd repot for sure and definitely get it more light.

I would repot that asap. Try to pull as much moss off as possible, then soak the VFT in distilled water for 24 hours. This should loosen the remaining moss off the rhizome. I would toss all of that potting media into the garbage. I personally would repot into a taller pot, but that's just personal preference.
