Hi everyone

Thank you for all the comments. In South Africa summer starts December and ends in February, our Autumns are quite hot still. The reason why I'm telling you this is to back up my following question:

Will it be okay to repot them now at this stage? Will it be okay? How should I go about it?

I think that your weather in South Africa is temperate enough that flytraps should do well there outside all year long.

I do my repotting when the plants are dormant or just coming out of dormancy,i don't think it would affect them in a bad way if you repot them.Sadly i have no experience whatsoever with seedlings so i can't say how to handle plants that small

You cannot put seeds in the microwave, but you can put the media in the microwave to sterilize it, and then when it is at a good temp of 90F, or lower you can put the seeds!
