FTC members,

Yesterday it was supposed to snow in here, and instead we had freezing rain, rarely snows in here, or we have freezing rain, and temps are just crazy, here's a few pics of my vft's and sarracenias cover in freezing rain( sorry to sneak in here the sarra pics), they look fantastic, specially the dentate vft, i thought it was a crystal vft for a moment, one thing odd about this, i touch my sarracenia, and the whole tube was frozen solid, that means that if i wasn't careful or didn't take them inside at the right time the leafs of every VFT and sarra would have burn, or probably broke.

This is the photo i was talking about, the dentate looks like a crystal is just amazing:

Are you sure it might not harm the plants, sitting in that slush :??
They are fine!, if i had left them outside all night, then i think that would have been a problem, the freezing rain didn't really get solid or compacted together like this morning, all the streets were dangerous to drive all day long, i took them inside immediatly and put the heater on to melt the ice, they look happy with water, i haven't water them in a few weeks, they look great now!
