I like the wasp one best! ^-^ Just because it looks really cool and wasp stings hurt. X.X So its cool that your VFT caught one. Mine hasn't caught anything that I know of yet.

Kis: Sorry to say you have not seen any of your traps catch anything..
I was so close to getting a trap catch an insect on video when the batteries ran out.. funny thing is, the lens closes when the batteries run out, and that actually scared the insect into triggering the trap..

Funny how things like that work.. Ow well..

That stinks. My camera's batteries just ran out too, but I wasn't taking a picture of anything important. I'm probably going to go around my house with a flyswatter just to feel my VFT. Its like they all stay in one room and keep away from all the plants. :D '

VFT's like live food..

With flys, I try and catch them with those fly covers to stop them getting onto food and then trap them under the cover with the VFT... problem is catching them in the first place...

I once thought about getting a GIANT supply of that fine metal Mess stuff to make a net/opening but I am lazy and never get around to it.

Hah, it kind of freaked me out the first time I saw it too. Now my plants catch a couple of those a week. It's weirdest when I find them and their legs are all still moving!
