Following up on my previous post hoping to get some insight.

Hey friends, I recently got a new grow light, VIPARSPECTRA 2024 P1000 LED Grow Light (I will link it below) and I have it going for 16hrs/day. My last grow light wasn't strong enough and some of the traps got droopy and weak. This new light is great but I noticed that some of the trap leaves are getting dark, I am assuming this is burn?? Should I just let nature do its thing and let it be or should I give it less light for now and gradually increase it back up to 16hrs/day? thanks in advance!

I wouldn't worry about that and focus on the new growth. If it looks good then there isn't a problem. Older leaves will tend to look crappy when changing environments.
