What do stratified seeds look like? I was checking on mine regularly and they seemed fine at a glance. Now, at the 7 week mark, I took a closer look. There are red spots on the paper towel and the seeds look weird and gray. Are they ok? There were other sets of seeds I didn't look at too

I've decanted Sarr seeds that have been light brown, gray, dark bown, a few almost black that have all sprouted. Unless you see actual mold on the seed, you really can't tell "at a glance". You'll have to plant them and find out.
