Your flytrap needs better soil, and those incandescent lights won't do it for direct sunlight.

Your trap looks very papery. That's a sign of insufficient light and/or overwatering.

Don't forget to only use the heaviest tap water you can find. The heavier the better. You basically wanna be able to crush a scale with the water alone. If you see the calcium, you're in the right spot.
