Hello from the Pacific Northwest! I joined the forum a few days ago on the one year mark of when I officially* started growing carnivorous plants. I started with a Low Giant starter VFT from the FTS. Now I have a nepenthes, one drosera, two sarracenia species, and two venus flytrap cultivars (plus a few typicals).
*I did have one typical venus flytrap from a local nursery that did not specialize in carnivorous plants. Although I read up on how to grow one (and found this forum) it was eventually left outside unwatered and the pot blew over. It ended up dying, but I credit (and/or blame...) it for my CP obsession. I've been lurking on the forum for a little over two years and finally decided to become a member.
