I'm going to try crossing my sarrs again this year, and actually labeling them properly. The question I have is how do you avoid unwanted cross pollination? I have the organza bags to seal them in, but specifically, how to you ensure that you don't have any unwanted pollen on the brush? Do you use multiple brushes or does just wiping them off suffice?

To be 100% sure, use a different brush. Some pollen does have some shapes and texture to it that makes it difficult to get off.
You could also wash the brushes in soapy water, the soap will likely kill any pollen that it doesn't remove. Then just let them dry overnight and do it all again the next day.

I use relatively small organza bags- perhaps 3 x 4 or 3 x 5. For pollination, I use a Q-tip and replace it every time I pollinate a different bloom.
