a weird dente

Found this little weird trap that's not a trap in my dente pot, this pot of dente is known to make wrinkly traps.. never seen this ball though

Wow! I’ve never seen that before. I just got a Dente that looks similar to yours with the small traps. Do they grow pretty fast or slowly? I wonder what I could feed those tiny traps 🤔?

The small plant isn't a Dente. It doesn't have the triangular teeth. Or maybe it's just young.

Not necessarily. My Dente puts out traps with cilia when a new division starts. But, after it matures, the larger traps have triangular teeth.

The dente i have divides crazy, the traps grow to a decent size (between 1/2" - 3/4" last year), but then dormancy has laid it back down in size

its a half-year old division or maybe less, all the baby divisions came out like this.. assuming they wont show the triangular teeth until young adult
