Yes you are. However, intermedia is a bonus this month, so you could change your request to another Class 0 seed if you'd like to, and request intermedia as a bonus.
For example, request typical capensis with an intermedia bonus. Then you get seeds that you put into stratification for two months and seeds you sow now. By the time the intermedia come out of strat, you should have cape seedlings growing.
