I have received a SASE from a member, but it has come without any indication of who sent it. No member name, no order number, nothing.
In the post I make when acknowledging the request I remind the requester that, in most cases, I don't know your real name, and I have no way of cross referencing it. So you must include a note or other marking to tell me who you are in order to fulfill the request.
If you recently sent a SASE from Costa Mesa, CA, please shoot me a PM with your real name and order number so that I can fill this request and get it sent off to you.
