My N. sanguinea produces a lot of nectar, and a lot of it seems strategically placed around the "wings", kind of like a little breadcrumb trail for crawling insects. Or I guess some sort of highway to hell

I just hope the occasional ant scout doesn't find my plants and start a feeding frenzy since all mine are indoors. My terrariums are pretty sterile, I don't even drop crickets into my pitchers (only fertilizers) because I'm grossed out by bugs. Which is weird since when I was little I would go around catching bugs and fistfull of worms all day

If you ever have a issue, ant's avoid talc. Most chalk is talc based. Just draw a line and under stress free conditions they will not cross it.
