All Dionaea (Flytraps), have pretty much the same requirements. I would pick out what you like the best, and go for it.

If you want to "try" first, then I would recommend a "typical", as they will be the least expensive.

Also, if you germinate any flytrap/seeds they will be a "typical", only clones/divisions of a plant will be a named cultivar.

Typical flytraps are nice for beginners in case you make mistakes...
If you would like something a little more fancy but just as hardy (and maybe more), try B52, King Henry, and Akai Ryu.
B52 is among one of the hardiest and largest cultivars out there (I haven't yet cultivated Dionaea DCXL).
King Henry is (in my opinion) second for hardiest flytrap cultivar.
A cool looking red flytrap for beginners would be Akai Ryu or the Red Dragon.
