been getting the 2lb supermoss brand for 25$, they seem to do pretty good for my vtfs.

Mosser Lee is CRAP. Don't know about Better grow.

I find Better Gro to be a good moss. It has a few roots and twigs, but not very many. It seems to last a long time without breaking down. Unfortunately, I have bought some of the Mosser Lee but haven't used it yet.

It's loaded with junk. Horrible stuff. I get Besgrow. It's worth the cost.

I may just use the Mosser for under my live sphagnum. I just ordered 7 packages of Best Gro from Lowes online. They are out of it in the stores and Best Gro says that they are limited on what they can provide because of shipping issues. It may be a few months before they have more in the stores.

Better Grow is good stuff, though it tends to contain a lot of grass seeds so you need to be proactive about pulling the seedlings out.

Oh yes. I didn't mention the grass seeds. Not hard to control, but a nuisance.
