Just received my plant today. Ordered 2 days ago, so very happy with the fast shipping.

I am also happy with the size and how healthy it looks, I will gradually get it up to full sun with my other flytraps.

Here it is, my new GJ Giant Cudo.

Is now not a good time to repot? I would like to get it out of the black pot and into LFSM.

Now would be a fine time to repot. The only time I typically avoid repotting any of my plants is in late summer/early fall (September through November) or when they're flowering and I plan to let them go to seed. Otherwise, pot away! And I do often have to repot plants even when I would prefer not to and they recover just fine with good care.
