It's been a little warmer than usual, so I guess this dude decided that on top of D. filiformis var Floridana "White Flower" seedlings was the best place to be.

Last time I checked, they were fine.
The interloper has since crawled down into the tray, where, according to my wife, it is now laying eggs.
If so, and my wife really didn't want to hear this, free food for my pitcher plants!
