They kinda are though, some traps have weird shapes, and what happens the most is that the trap opens before the cilia fully form

Before the heat, they also were weirdly shapen. Also, some traps get bigger than others, despite constant conditions. Nothing changed since i brought them in a week ago

If they were doing this before the heat, then it's probably just something this plant is going to do. As long as it's still growing, I wouldn't worry about it.
But I would still wiggle them up a bit to ease the choke on the growth point.
