Lots of healthy growth, but they get deformed and one has a light tan patch.

Did they come in from outside? Could something be inside the pot? I really don't know what's up with it but that is all I can think of.

That's why I said nocturnal. Somebody, somewhere (I can't remember where; I've slept too many times since then) had their plants being eaten but couldn't find any pests. They checked it at night with a UV light and found the culprit. But, like I said, I really don't have a good idea what might be causing that.

You don't even need a UV light. A basic flashlight found mine.

I really don't see anything that would concern me in regards to a pest, and I'm assuming the blackened edges are the result of the extreme heat you're experiencing. It's possible that the discoloration you circled is caused by that as well.
That being said, it looks like your plants may settled a bit deep in the media. I wouldn't do a repot, you should be able to just wiggle them up a bit.
