I am growing my flytraps indoors until the temperatures go down, and it there aren't a lot of bugs in my yard big enough or small enough for my plants. Can I feed them bugs from the bug zapper? They are dead, but I can massage the traps to get them to digest it.

Rotting traps may or may not happen. The larger/more nutritious a spider is, the higher the chance that the trap will rot. When I feed my vfts daddy long legs, they usually don't rot since daddy long legs are skiny. On the other hand, small fat garden spiders cause rot when digested.
