I got a VFT two and a half weeks ago. It used to be this nice pink color. Now its lost its coloration. I live in a tropical country. I give it direct sunlight from 6:30-11:00 am, bright, indirect light at 11:00 - 03:00 pm, and direct sunlight again from 03:00 pm to sundown, at which point I put it under
a growlight until 10 pm. Any advice?

I agree, too wet for now. Keep it moist, VFT's don't like to be constantly swimming.
Also, you said you only got it two and a half weeks ago, it's still in shock. Let it be, lighten up on the water, and it will recover soon enough.

I think it looks really wet because of the lighting. I don't use the tray method and I mist once a day and flush it every 2 days. Water I use is 14 ppm.

Then it's probably just still in shock.
I would suggest you just keep the media moist, keep it outside, and give it time to recover.
It's fine, you got this.
