Just repot these 3 vft 2 weeks ago I always get 1 or 2 dead vft after a repot after a few weeks. Im wondering if Im actually repotting them to shallow?

And also I think they are going dormant with thin ground hogging leaves.

Last pic is the mother plant...

Media used sphagnum moss with perlite 3:1. Under grow light for 16 hours a day.

They look fine to me. Maybe could use more light but other than that, I don't see anything.

They are under the grow light could not get much sunlight here in my place. Do you think they are potted to shallow? Or should I pot them a little deeper? Like until the soil covers the crown?

They look fine to me. Definitely do not cover the crown. Just the base of the crown needs to be in the media.
