My neighbor got some Capes from me last year, and she's done well with them. But she sent me this pic showing these little white bugs.
Hopefully it's a good enough pic that someone can tell me what they may be so I can help her by treating them or letting them be.
She also has a VFT and some x Carbarups from me that don't seem to be affected.

Those seem to be the shed exoskeletons of aphids. I've seen them show up around the base of my sundews before with no other evidence of aphids, and then the next day I'll see an entire social gathering of them.

She can get rid of the aphids by wraping a scotch tape on a pencil tip and pick them up. Or use a small piece of wet sponge, than drop them in a water glass, where they could drop and drown, and after that toss the water away.
