Let's lay this out and see where it goes.
There's not a lot of information out that I could find, but...

Small (.03 meters tall is the biggest ever examined, not including flower stalk)
White flower.
Not endangered.
Western Australia.

Obviously we all know it's going to be a pygmy sundew, but this one seems to be able to tolerate higher mineral content in the soil. It grows in a clay/sand mix, usually under other vegetation.
